Subscription Nature Solar Business Suite operates on a prepaid subscription model (monthly, quarterly, or annual). ________________________________________ 2. Refund Policy • All subscription payments are non-refundable. • No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods. • Refunds may only be provided if required under applicable Indian law or explicitly stated in a promotional offer. ________________________________________ 3. Cancellation Policy Users may cancel subscriptions anytime via the dashboard before the next billing cycle. Cancellation: • Stops future renewals • Does not refund the current billing period • Allows continued access until subscription expiry ________________________________________ 4. Auto-Renewal & Recurring Billing Certain plans renew automatically. By subscribing, users authorize recurring billing via Razorpay in accordance with RBI e-mandate regulations. Advance charge notifications will be sent where applicable. ________________________________________ 5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks after valid subscription usage may result in: • Immediate suspension • Permanent termination • Legal action if necessary Users must contact support before initiating bank disputes. ________________________________________ 6. Exceptional Circumstances Any refund exceptions are at the sole discretion of Solar Business Suite management.
